Price FOB/Jakarta(CGK) in USD        

Packing Double lined plastic bag kept in average 10-24 kg/box. All bags secure packing in styrofoam box with liner card board box sized consist of: 

• Standard box:
• Dimensions: 42cm x 38cm x 32cm.
• Weight: 10-12 Kg per box.

• Large box:
• Dimensions: 66cm x 43cm x 34cm.
• Weight: 19-24 kg per box.

Packing Charge     

Standard Box packing : 10 USD / box.

Large Box Packing : 18 USD / box

Heat pack charge  : 2.0 USD / box (if any)

Shipping & Handling Fee  

We will confirm to customer cost shipping after customer confirm order quantity

Health Certificate and Origin Certificate Fee   

The fish will be inspected by The Department of Fisheries  Plants will be inspected by The Department of Agriculture, Health Certificate fee : USD 30  per shipment and Origin Certificate fee : USD 20 per shipment

Payment                 

Advance payment is requested by T/T (Telegraphic transfer) cover freight charge, cost of goods and packing cost by swift  transfer.

Deliver                   

Fish are quarantined and delivered within 7-15 working days depending on destination and full payment is received or quarantine, fish check and export documentation. The delivery is made by air plane and normally will reach you within 48 hours. In any case, delivery time depends on air cargo space. We ship from Soekarno Hatta International Airport located in Baten, Indonesia (CGK).

Please notify us early if Health Certificate and/or Origin Certficate is needed so that there won't be any delay in the delivery.

       

Freight                    

Freight charges are based on the actual charges from the airline and freight forwarder which we shall not consider this charge as our profit.

D.O.A           

All fishes are well conditioned/quarantined in our tanks, and if there any D.O.A, it has  to be informed to us within 24 hours from the date and time of receipt the shipment. We will replace dead fish on the next order (not cover cost of shipping, packing charges) or will be a credit by money.

IMPORTANT:
In the event of loss due to flight delays or mishandling by airplane, we advice you to check the fishes immediately upon the receipt at the airport, preferrably with the personnel who bring out your boxes.Claims should be immediately lodged directly to the airline concerned. If you do not carry out the above procedures, you risk the possibilities of getting your claims rejected. Please note that we are not liable for such DOAs. In any event, you're advised to keep us informed.

How To Order

Step 1 : Customer "Send Inquiry" to our company by order form that show details of fish you want to order

Step 2 : We check fish details and send "Pro-forma Invoice" for approve to customer that will show all details of cost for shipment (fish cost , freight cost , packing & shipping cost) , we will send to customer within 20 Hours after receive Inquiry details.

Variety of ornamental fish you wish to place an order by specifying Code ID of the fish from our product list or from our stock list, and the required size

• The required quantity (No Minimum Order )
• Specify the designated port you wish to have the product delivered
• Specified the period for delivery

That important documents are email at least 24 hrs before shipment arrives in your country. This enables the pre-clearance of your cargo. However in some countries may need more documents such as Certificate of origin or special declaration. Please inform us in advance. Some countries, importers must have Import Permit Certificate first before you confirm the order. Please supply following information at or before the point of order confirmation :

• Buyers name and full address :
• Consignees telephone & Fax number and e-mail address:
• Name of destination airport:

Step 3 : Customer "confirm order" and "transfer money" by T/T to company account

Step 4 : After our bank confirm receive money, We start prepare document for shipment, Booking space to the Airlines and quarantine fish.

Step 5 : Packing and send fish to the Airlines on flight schedule.

Step 6 : Send copy of all document for shipment to customer by email. and we will send conclusion invoice for show really cost for shipment.

Step 7 : Delivery

Fish are quarantined and delivered within 7-15 working days depending on destination and full payment is received or as soon as the flight space is available. This is to allow time for conditioning the fish for export and preparation of necessary documents. Delivery is also subject to airlines approval of shipping space and customer confirmation of shipment. You must specify at point of purchase what documents are required to avoid delay in shipment.
