Step 1 :
Customer "Send Inquiry" to our company by order form that show details of fish you want to
order
Step 2 :
We check fish details and send "Pro-forma Invoice" for approve to
customer that will show all details of cost for shipment (fish cost , freight
cost , packing & shipping cost) , we will send to customer within 20 Hours
after receive Inquiry details.
Variety
of ornamental fish you wish to place an order by specifying Code ID of the fish
from our product list or from our stock list, and the required size
- The required quantity (No Minimum Order )
- Specify the designated port you wish to have the product delivered
- Specified the period for delivery

That
important documents are email at least 24 hrs before shipment arrives in your
country. This enables the pre-clearance of your cargo. However in some
countries may need more documents such as Certificate of origin or special
declaration. Please inform us in advance. Some countries, importers must have
Import Permit Certificate first before you confirm the order. Please supply
following information at or before the point of order confirmation :

Step 3 :
Customer "confirm order" and "transfer money" by T/T to company account
Step 4 :
After our bank confirm receive money, We start prepare document for shipment,
Booking space to the Airlines and quarantine fish.
Step 5 :
Packing and send fish to the Airlines on flight schedule.
Step 6 : Send copy of all document for shipment to customer by email. and we will send
conclusion invoice for show really cost for shipment.
Step 7 : Delivery
Fish
are quarantined and delivered within 7-15 working days depending on destination
and full payment is received or as soon as the flight space is available. This
is to allow time for conditioning the fish for export and preparation of
necessary documents. Delivery
is also subject to airlines approval of shipping space and customer
confirmation of shipment. You must specify at point of purchase what documents
are required to avoid delay in shipment.
